Tanya Kureishi

Tanya Kureishi is a Senior Product Manager at Bloomberg, where she oversees all of the market data on Bloomberg.com and the Bloomberg News mobile app.

With deep expertise in fintech product development and financial markets, she focuses on building tools that empower business leaders with actionable insights. She combines her background in finance with an academic foundation in gender studies, bringing a unique perspective to the intersection of financial technology and inclusion. Passionate about driving equity in finance, she is particularly interested in how fintech can expand access and opportunity for women in global markets.

 

Marla Sofer

Marla Sofer is the Founder and CEO of Knomee, a groundbreaking platform transforming client discovery in wealth management. By uncovering the values, motivations, and priorities behind financial decisions, Knomee helps advisors build stronger connections, drive engagement, and enhance retention—ensuring that financial planning is truly personalized and inclusive.

A seasoned fintech and financial services executive, Marla spent over two decades leading billion-dollar partnerships at BlackRock and J.P. Morgan before transitioning into fintech to develop human-centered, AI-powered solutions that help diverse communities access financial confidence.

Marla is a fierce advocate for diversity in finance and technology, championing women’s leadership, financial empowerment, and equitable wealth-building opportunities. Recognized as a 2020 Woman of Silicon Valley and a 2021 Woman in WealthTech to Watch, she is also a startup advisor, keynote speaker, and mentor dedicated to driving systemic change.

She holds an MBA in Business Strategy and International Business from Rutgers University and lives in California with her family.

 

Rumi Morales

Rumi Morales is a globally recognized leader in the innovative industries shaping the next generation. As a seasoned financial executive and board member with expertise in digital assets, quantum computing, and AI, she bridges traditional institutions with emerging digital economies.

She serves as Partner and Board Member at Outlier Ventures and Operating Partner at Sentinel Global. Previously, she led the venture arm of CME Group and headed venture and growth investing at Digital Currency Group. Earlier in her career, she was an executive at Goldman Sachs, where she played a key role in establishing the firm’s Global Institute.

Morales is actively involved in non-profit leadership, serving on the boards of the Girl Scouts of the USA, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, and the Chamber of Digital Commerce. She also advises several startups and venture funds in emerging technologies.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
