As the Founder of Women in FinTech Initiative (WIFI), she leads a dynamic team in redefining opportunities for female innovators in the financial technology sector through education, meaningful engagement, and social impact.

A Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Product Owner/Manager and consumer intelligence professional, Kimberly brings deep expertise in technology, data analytics, and innovation to every project she undertakes. Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented transformative customer solutions that have driven growth and operational efficiency for industry leaders including Verizon Wireless, Lululemon, Discover Financial Services, ConAgra Foods, and Suntory Global.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech with a focus in Marketing Communications and Advertising from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. Her educational foundation, combined with her professional experience, enables her to bridge the gap between technical innovation and practical business solutions.

 

Olympia Bardis

Olympia Bardis is a product lead at CNBC with over a decade of experience in the media industry. She is a results-oriented product manager with a proven track record of building innovative products in fast-paced environments. Her expertise spans both the news industry and fintech, including Fox News and CNN. She successfully led the launch of CNBC’s most lucrative product lines and has hands-on experience building financial management tools. She is passionate about public speaking, mentoring, and facilitating workshops for women in technology. Olympia holds a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.

 

Morgan Martin

Morgan is a seasoned leader in organizational development and strategic change management, dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations scale sustainably while maximizing their impact.

 Morgan offers a unique perspective to fintech, leveraging her expertise in data-driven decision-making, team development, and community building to tackle systemic challenges and drive innovation. As a key leader in expanding the Women in FinTech Initiative (WIFI) to the East Coast, she is passionate about advancing gender diversity in fintech leadership and creating inclusive ecosystems through mentorship, education, and collaboration.

 Morgan holds a Master of Public Administration from SUNY Brockport and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). With a blend of strategic insight and operational expertise, she is committed to supporting fintech organizations in achieving meaningful growth and driving lasting change.

 

Vasiliki Bardis

A speech pathologist by trade, designer by passion, Vasiliki Bardis is driven by the desire to help others thrive.

She empowers children through speech pathology, helps businesses and organizations connect through effective design, and makes waves as the first female president of the local soccer league. Vasiliki holds a masters degree in speech pathology.
